A company with a mission, The Giving Keys provides jobs to those transitioning out of homelessness in Downtown LA. Having been established for just over 10 years, all decisions were balanced against maintaining expectations and providing new, engaging experiences. My work required that I collaborate effectively with all departments to launch successful products and campaigns across social, paid marketing, email and the website.
This project shown is the beginning of exploration for the site update. Through the use of a customer survey as well as internal audits, we were aware of a few areas that would require attention. The product page would benefit from more clarity in the ordering process and with a significant amount of the traffic to the homepage being first time visitors, delivering a more comprehensive story upfront would help create interest and trust that would convert more buyers.
